Covered in a blanket of white snow, the Tyrolean Lechtal shows its most beautiful side during the cold season. The extensive winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails provide the best conditions for a break in the snow.

You can hike around 130 kilometers on around 35 winter hiking routes, which lead to the most beautiful destinations in the nature park region. You can recharge your batteries on the banks of the Lech and experience the region up close on panoramic paths with great views. Our hotel is the perfect starting point for numerous hikes.

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING

Not a steep downhill, but straight ahead for 190 km. Ride across gentle landscapes on cross-country skis and admire the impressive mountain world. The Lechtal nature park region has excellently prepared trails for cross-country skiers and skaters.

With wide, untouched slopes and snow-covered forests, the Tyrolean Lechtal between the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps is considered a paradise for ski tourers, far away from classic ski tourism.

TOBOGGANING

A ride on the toboggan down into the valley is fun and a lot of fun for young and old. The nature park region has numerous toboggan runs. The routes are largely family-friendly and some are also illuminated in the evening.

LECHTAL SKI AREAS

The Lechtal ski areas and ski lifts are particularly suitable for beginners, returnees and families. With the Jöchelspitzbahn in Bach as well as 5 smaller drag lifts and practice lifts, you have around 14 kilometers of slopes at your disposal.

WINTER MAGIC HUTS

Beautiful winter hikes lead right into the middle of the wintry mountains to 9 magical winter huts, which are also open in the white season. The hospitable rooms and the cozy sun terraces invite you to stop and offer fantastic panoramic views of the snow-white mountain backdrop and the shimmering turquoise Lech, down in the valley.
